作品簡介

  • This is a paper product designed in a box-shaped form and inspired by traditional Chinese opera theaters, filled with exquisitely crafted red packets. The exterior of the box features a small dot switch that, when pressed, illuminates the entirescene of the Chinese opera theater , creating a festive and celebratory atmosphere. The production process of this gift box involves using Offset HUV printing on white cardboard and specialty paper, as well as adding embossing, laser engraving, silk printing, and assembling with metal and crystal components, making it even more and eye-catching. When you open the red packet brochure inside the box, you will find that red packets are made with different paper materials, including fabric paper and printed with 4C and HUV fluorescent inks. Various techniques such as embroidery, droplet adhesive, and flocking are also used to create exquisite patterns and effects. Whether it is used as a holiday gift or for special occasions, these vibrant colors and intricate designs will bring joy and delight to the recipient.

  • Pokermetric is an East Meet West design poker cards infused with architectural qualities. Maintaining a level of graphical simplicity with a primary colour palette of red, blue and yellow, the design carries rich spatial essences throughout with each typical English letter and Arabic number being transformed into its representative and corresponding Chinese character. Every character is a threedimensional built up in an architectural axonometric format. An integration of each identity that forms a high-rise city, akin a mapping of a high density city, demonstrates the collaboration power between Hong Kong based designer and production firms, O&O Studio and Safe Power.
  • 築字卡，融合了東西方設計及建築特性的撲克牌，一方面保持了簡潔圖形，由紅，藍及黃組合的顔色配搭讓整套撲克牌帶著豐富的層次元素。每一張卡的英文字母及數字被轉化為對應的及具有代表性的漢字，以建築軸測圖格式構建，具有豐富的三維空間感。當每個軸測漢字整合一起形成一個高密度城市，就像一幅密集城市地圖，展示了在這個充滿活力的國際都市，香港的設計師和製作公司一持工作室和安量彩印的合作力量。

  • 插圖師我們誠意邀請了十三位本地插圖師，以無限創意，精心製作了此枱曆，以慶祝大坑舞火龍盛事，這是中國國家級非物質文化遺產及香港非物質文化遺產擁有一百四十多年歷史。
  • Our illustrators We have invited 13 local artists for the recreation of this calendar , in celebration of the Tai Hang Fair Dragon Dance, an i ntangible China National Intangible Cultural Heritage and Hong Kong Intangible Cultural Heritage of over 140 years history.
  • 傳承火龍文化火龍緣起相傳於1880年中秋節前夕，一條巨大蟒蛇捕殺了大坑所有禽畜，最後被村民消滅。蟒蛇屍體於翌日離奇失蹤，而村內隨即發生瘟疫，多名村民染病身亡。有傳此蟒蛇為龍王之子，特意降疫報仇。 其後一名老村民聲稱得到觀音菩薩報夢，指於中秋節連續三晚舞動火龍繞村遊行，同時燃燒炮竹，便可驅走瘟疫。此法奏效後， 自此村民每年皆紮製火龍巡遊，以保合境平安。至今已有140多年歷史。
  • CULTURAL HERITAGE OF TAI HANG FIRE DRAGON DANCE O RIGIN OF TAI HANG FIRE DRAGON DANCE According to the oral history, there was a python guzzling much of the lives tock across the Tai Hang village right before the Mid-Au tumn Festival. The python wa s finally killed by the villagers. However, a plague then followed, taking with it m any livers. The villagers be lieved the plague was a revenge from the python, which was actually the son of the Dragon King. A village elder claimed that Guanyin revealed to him in a dream that there was a way to end the plague by performing a fire drag on dance and letting off firecrackers around the Tai Hang village. The villagers did so and miraculously the plague disappeared. Hence, they kept performing Fire Dragon Dance every year afterwards . And it has a history of more than 140 years now.
